OMEGA-3,6 FATTY ACID BENEFICIAL SIDE

Omega-3 Fatty Acids: Have a carbon-carbon double bond three carbons from the methyl end of the chain. They are found in foods like flaxseeds and fish, and in dietary supplements like fish oil. The three most studied Omega-3s are Alpha-Linoleic Acid(ALA), Eicosapentaenoic Acid(EPA), and Docosahexaenoic Acid(DHA).

Fertility: Omega-3s can increase follicle size, which can lead to more.
